How do I hand in homework?
- Your homework should be in a folder designed to keep the papers held in securely. (Not a manila folder.)
- You must have a “Directed Study Log-In Sheet” filled out and in the folder clearly indicating the name of the class and your name.
- If Submitted in person, the homework must be time-stamped by a staff member at NITE or Herbs ETC. If mailed, it will be stamped upon receipt.
When is homework due for each class?
Homework is due within 30 days (for massage therapists) or 60 days (for naturopaths) from the Sunday of the class. However, you can turn in your homework before the due date!
Are there late fees for the Research Paper?
Yes. This is designed to help you progress with your research. Fees are applied only for the Rough Draft and the Final Research Paper.
What do I do if I don’t have my homework completed by the due date?
On of before the due date, you must submit an extension form with the $50 fee. This will also be time-stamped.
So on every due date, I have to turn something in?
Yes, on every due date you must turn in either the completed homework OR an extension form with $50 fee.
If I didn’t get everything done, can I turn in part of the homework by the due date and get credit for at least that part?
All homework must be complete when turned in.
Can I fax my homework?
No. Faxed homework will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Are there any tutors who can help me with my homework?
Yes. Please call the administration office to schedule some time with one of our available tutors. Tutors are also available by phone and by e-mail.
